Studio Efficiency – 310 to 350 Sq. Feet

We have an option of four large, 350 sq. ft corner units with nice picture windows facing in two directions. This is a large unit – it is an Efficiency but enough room for a king or queen size bed, TV sitting area or table by one of the windows.

Our typical Studio apartments generally have enough room for a twin bed, couch or chair, dresser, and entertainment center.

1 Bedroom Apartments – 540 Sq. Feet

 This apartment has a kitchenette with room for a small table, then a living room with enough room for a couch and two smaller chairs or two larger chairs with a smaller loveseat.

For Assisted Living, all costs are based on a Nursing Assessment. This assessment gauges the care level needed for each resident and assigns a case-mix based on the assessment score. Prices are set per case-mix per apartment size with slight variance in cost depending on which apartment is chosen. Generally, prices range from $120 – $218/day or $3600 – $6600/month. 

Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower.  The facility has a community whirlpool tub.

There is a wide range of activities at Vermilion Senior Living. Because we are person-centered, we also pride ourselves in keying into residents likes and activity desires. Activity calendars are posted each month.  There is at least one group activity per day and some days up to three activities. Each month, we have special musical entertainment in the dining room.
